IT'S TIME TO REJOICE

 

For great is the Lord,

his power and majesty.

Most worthy of praise,

we declare his glory.

We marvel what he's done,

and also his holiness.

We proclaim his salvation,

and for his forgiveness.

SO LET EVERY GOOD DEED,

EVERY WORD WE SAY.

WITH REVERENCE AND AWE,

WE HONOR HIM TODAY.

IT'S TIME TO REJOICE,

AND SING TO THE LORD.

WE WORSHIP HIM,

ALL IN ONE ACCORD.

When we talk about Jesus,

we always think of.

How gracious is the Lord,

and his unfailing love.

With his amazing grace,

and his perfect ways.

We trust the Lord,

rest of our days.

SOMEONE WHO CARES

 

There is someone who knows you,

and someone who cares.

That someone is Jesus, 

who is always there.

He loves you so much,

that he died for you.

He has risen again,

now to help you too.

There's someone who you need,

and you can't do without.

That someone is Jesus, 

that's who we're preaching about.

He took our place,

and paid for our sin.

He's our only Savior,

there's no one like him.

There's someone who's our redeemer,

and also our healer.

That someone is Jesus,

who's more than our teacher.

God's plan for salvation,

is only through his Son.

It's all in the bible,

read what he's done.

There's someone who's our King,

and prince of peace.

That someone is Jesus,

his kingdom will never cease.

He seeks the lost

and wandering still.

He intercedes for us,

to do God's will.

I REMEMBER LORD

 

I saw my life, it moved slowly past.

I was not sure, if I would even last.

I searched for someone, I didn't know then.

Then I found you Lord and I remember when.

I remember a moment and you were there.

You healed my skin, when you heard my prayer.

When I look back, what you did before.

It was more than I was praying for.

I remember a moment and you were there.

I lost my job, so I said a prayer.

You gave me a task that I could do.

In a public setting, where I could serve you.

In my darkest moment, I lost my friend.

You revealed to me, my life didn't end.

I got on my knees and I said a prayer.

When I needed you most, you were there.

I remember your love and your amazing grace.

All your great works, I've seen it take place.

Every blessing and provision, I'm thankful for.

I remember it Lord, all this and more.

A PROMISE AND A PRAYER

 

I close my eyes,

 and I pray to you.

I ask you Lord, 

what can I do?

I long for the day, 

you hear my prayer.

For my mission in life, 

just show me where.

I deny myself,

 and take up the cross.

Whatever I gained, 

I consider it a loss.

I will follow you Lord, 

wherever it may be.

Just show me now, 

what you have for me.

I submit to your will, 

I give up my ways.

I serve and obey, 

for the rest of my days.

I give you my best, 

in everything I do.

I promise to be faithful,

and always honor you.

I'M WAITING FOR JESUS

 

I start to quiver, the moment I'm awake.

It's a scary feeling that I can hardly take.

I stare at emptiness, I see it once again.

What can I do, where do I begin?

I'M WAITING FOR JESUS, WHEN WILL HE APPEAR?

WHEN HE DOES ARRIVE, I WON'T SHED A TEAR.

HE'LL COME FROM HEAVEN, TO REIGN AS OUR KING.

I'M ANXIOUS TO SEE, THE JOY HE WILL BRING.

My tears are flowing, when no one is around.

How can I be happy, when I'm feeling down?

I can't ignore the silence, it's easy to hear.

The darkness I see, it becomes very clear.

I'M WAITING FOR JESUS, WHEN WILL HE APPEAR?

WHEN HE DOES ARRIVE, I WON'T SHED A TEAR.

HE'LL COME FROM HEAVEN, TO REIGN AS OUR KING.

I'M ANXIOUS TO SEE, THE JOY HE WILL BRING.

The clock keeps ticking, night comes creeping.

My fears build up, there's no way for sleeping.

I focus my eyes, on what the bible said.

Give up your ways, seek the Lord instead.

THANKS TO THE LORD

 

It's a happy morning,

on a sunny day.

I took a stroll,

and sang along the way.

I spend time with Jesus,

I love to sing to him.

I praise the Lord,

and I sing another hymn.

It's a happy morning,

and what do I see?

Birds in the sky,

and Jesus is with me.

I stand in awe,

his creation on display.

I marvel all his works,

I enjoy it every day.

It's a happy morning,

on a glorious day.

God put it together,

in a special way.

I'm so excited,

what he's going to do.

I watch it unfold,

it's something new.

It's a happy morning,

on a beautiful day.

It reminds me often,

what the bible did say.

I lack nothing here,

I have all I need.

Thanks to the Lord,

for the blessings I received.

What I Believe

They ask me what I believe,

and I reply.

I believe in Jesus,

and you know why?

He's the only one, 

who can save our soul.

He's the best one, 

we will ever know.

I'll preach this message, 

till the day I die.

When he calls me home, 

to his paradise.

Where saved souls live,

and peace awaits.

Where love is there,

 and rewards are great.

So I give my best, 

in all I do.

I do it for Jesus,

 and you should too.
