When God speaks,
we can be certain.
God has a purpose,
so we always listen.
When God says no,
to any prayers we say.
We can be assured,
he has a better way.
When God makes a promise,
there is no doubt.
That whatever he said,
he will carry it out.
When God says give thanks,
on all occassions.
We should be grateful,
for his blessings and provisions.
When God says pray,
we call on him.
With all kinds of requests,
and repent for our sin.
So when God speaks,
they are not idle words.
They are our life,
so we obey the Lord.
