Ten Dollars

Joey was on his way to class when he
accidentally dropped his ten dollar bill.
Mr. Z, a teacher walked down the hallway
and noticed the ten dollars on the floor.
He picked up the bill and placed it
on the desk at the lost and found room.
Billy walked inside the lost and found room,
and spotted the ten dollars on the desk.
He grabbed the money and handed the ten dollars
to Randy in exchange for his set of comic books.
Randy trekked over to Marty's house and handed
the ten dollars to his friend for his music CD.
Marty made his way to Jill's house and
handed her the ten dollars to pay off his debt.
Jill headed over to the grocery store
and handed the  gentleman ten dollars
in exchange for a basket of apples.
The gentleman took a trip to Billy's house
and handed the young boy ten dollars
for picking the apples for his store.
Billy raced back to the lost and found room
and placed the ten dollars back on the desk.
Joey headed over to the lost and found room,
where he found his lost ten dollar bill.

Words to Remember

There are three little words, that you could say.
That will bring joy to someone today.
The best three little words, you will ever know.
Believe in these words and let it show.
The power in these words, we may not always see.
But it can touch the heart of someone close to thee.
It can create a feeling that is precious to our heart.
And strengthen the bond that no one could take apart.
We leave our mark on each word we say.
Words that will effect the ones we see each day.
So the best thing, you could ever say or do.
Say the three little words, I LOVE YOU.

Love or Hate

Jim and Tim are brothers. They do not get along.
They fought and argued everyday.
"Give it back," Jim shouted.
Jim grabbed his brother from behind
and wrestled him to the floor.
"What's going on up there?" their mother shouted.
Their father walked in and separated the boys.
"Will you boys ever stop fighting?"
The parents decided the boys needed a change of scenery.
The boys will spend a weekend with Grandpa.
Jim and Tim followed Grandpa to the car.
"Where are we going?" Jim asked Grandpa.
"We're going to visit an animal sanctuary,"
Grandpa announced.
They stopped near a large gated fence,
where lions roamed in the field.
Grandpa sat both boys down and
proceeded to tell them a story.
"There are two lions that continue to fight over everything.
One lion was full of anger and the other lion was full of love.
Which lion do you think, will win this fight?"
Grandpa asked the boys.
The two brothers looked at each other
and shook their heads, "we don't know."
"The one you feed," Grandpa replied.
Grandpa leaned over and whispered to them.
"The same fight is going inside of you.
Which one will you feed?"
