ONLY GOD'S WORD

 

A world filled with darkness,

the evil targets our mind.

We can't ignore the Bible,

and not find the time.

My Bible is not somewhere,

where it's collecting dust.

But I open and read it, 

to a God I can trust.

It reveals the truth,

when I look inside the cover.

It teaches me it's Jesus,

as my Lord and Savior.

The Bible keeps me focused,

to live the right way.

While the evil around me,

tries to lead me astray.

But it doesn't stop there,

it's more than that.

It points me in the direction,

where God directs my path.

It's only God's Word,

that has been proven.

I rely on his promises,

that he has given.

Let the Word of God,

dwell in you richly.

So you can be saved,

by his wisdom and teaching.
