SOMEONE SPECIAL

 

The day we first met, 

I knew she was the one.

The very moment,

 our friendship had begun.

There was no looking back,

 to our lonely days.

We had something special,

 I'll remember always.

With countless visits,

 and calls on the phone.

Even a cozy dinner,

 when we were at home.

So many great memories,

that were made.

Especially the times,

when we always prayed.

When I look back,

in a moment like this.

Those times with her,

I surely do miss.

All those years,

with my best friend.

I know someday,

I'll see her again.
