HEAVEN

 

I'm ready to go,

a place prepared for me.

Heaven is my destination,

that's where I'll be.

In presence of God, 

I can't wait to see.

Thanks to Jesus Christ,

who set me free.

I'm ready to go,

a place beyond the sky.

Where love and peace exist,

no tears to cry.

In presence of angels,

and feel eternal bliss.

There's nothing on earth,

that's better than this.

I'm ready to go,

my new home for eternity,

Where our sovereign King,

is seen in his glory.

In presence of family,

we're all gathered together.

To worship the Lord,

and love for each other.

I have no purpose, not even a plan.

No dream or vision for this lonely man.

The evil one comes, it torments me every day.

I'm overwhelmed by grief, no help is on the way.

Darkness surrounds me, silence fills my ears.

Misery clouds over me, my eyes are filled with tears.

Lost my dear friend, it breaks my heart.

Loneliness consumes me, it tears me apart.

False accusations keep me in constant fear.

My pillow covers my face, not my own tears.

Phone seldom rings, no knock on my door.

I can't find a reason to live any more.

I hate this world with the filth and mess.

I can't stop this anxiety or even my stress.

I begin to wonder how long will this curse last.

I can't forgive myself what happened in the past.

I hold on to an ocean of tears.

Carried by burdens all those years.

Full of regrets I can't let go.

It's etched in my heart and soul.

I live in a world I dread to see.

Surrounded by people who hate me.

Loneliness clouds me all day long.

Living in the past where I don't belong.

I PRAY TO JESUS PLEASE CALL ME HOME.

IN HEAVEN WHERE I WON'T BE ALONE.

THE GLORIOUS DAY YOU'LL APPEAR AGAIN.

THIS TIME TO REIGN AND INVITE US IN.

You blessed me with a best friend.

I cried when I saw her life end.

My grief overwhelms me, my life looks bleak.

My hope is in Jesus,  my savior is who I seek.

I won't be complete until I see you.

Embrace the love you have for me too.

I wait for the day to be with you forever.

And spend an eternity in the best place ever.

I'm hurting inside so it's hard to do this.

With the loss of CJ who I surely miss.

I'm stuck at home with no one around.

After she passed away, I'm feeling down.

I hate this life when evil gets their way.

Earth is not home, I'm not here to stay.

Heaven is what I am waiting for.

There is nothing else I want more.

TAKE ME HOME TO YOUR FATHER'S PLACE.

WHERE MY NEW HOME WILL ALWAYS BE.

TOGETHER WITH CJ AND HER FAMILY.

My smile is gone and there's no laughter.

I keep praying for the promised hereafter.

I read the bible daily, it gives me hope.

I'm in deep trouble, it's hard to cope.

I pray incessantly and thank the Lord.

Jesus is coming back, with my reward.

I begin each day with thanks and prayer.

No matter what happens, he's always there.

Eternal Life

I write about Jesus, 

because that's who we need today.

It's written in the bible, 

only through Jesus, you can be saved.

I write about love, 

because that's what we got to do.

For God said to love everyone,

and that means me and you.

I write about salvation, 

because you need to know the truth.

 What you do now,

could mean eternal life for you.

I write about the bible, 

because that's what we need to hear.

For it's the book of books, the word of God,

that says salvation is near.

I share all this,

because it's the most important thing.

If you choose Jesus,

it's eternal life with our Savior and King.

THE FIRST CHRISTMAS

The word came true when the time was right.

When the shepherds saw the beautiful sight.

It's our Savior Jesus who was born,

He came from heaven in the early morn.

It was that night when salvation had begun,

When God had sent his beloved Son.

He came down to save us from our sin,

We could surely see God's love within.

He took our place for our sake,

So that our bondage of sin would break.

So every Christmas, we recall that day,

We proclaim it's Jesus birthday.
