I will love you in January,

 like it was the first time.

 for you are my valentine.

I will love you in March,

and know it's the real thing.

for the joy you bring.

and watch our love grow.

and never let you go.

and say it all the time.

I will love you in August,

and know you are mine.

when I am one year older.

even when it gets colder.

when I will be very thankful.

and be forever grateful.

Trust Him

I can tell my heart,

that God plays a part.

To fulfill my needs,

right from the start.

There is no doubt, 

he will help me out.

I know he can,

for he's got a plan.

I can tell my soul,

that God has a goal.

To change me now,

to make me whole.

To forgive my sin,

let his spirit come in.

To guide me each day,

each step of the way.

I can tell my mind,

I am not really blind.

I just got to believe,

what he said to me.

When the storms arise,

I just got to realize.

He's living in a world that he calls his own.

He's been living in this world all this time.

You can use weights to stay trim.

So head to the gym and use your feet.

You can do this with rhythm and beat.

They tell you, it's healthy and fun.

Whether you walk, jog or even run.

You can exercise an hour each day.

Bring along a friend and start today.

No more excuses, it's time to commit.

Set yourself a goal and just do it.

THE FIRST CHRISTMAS

The word became flesh, on that very night.

When the shepherds saw the beautiful sight.

It's our Savior Jesus, who was born.

He came from heaven, in the early morn.

It was that night, when salvation had begun.

When Almighty GOD, sent his beloved Son.

He came down, to save us from our sin.

We could surely see, God's love within.

He died on the cross, for our sake.

So that our bondage of sin would break.

So every Christmas, we recall that day.

When we proclaim, that it's Jesus birthday.

Thank The Lord

I often thank the Lord,

for watching me every day.

Never gone for a moment,

even when I walk away.

I often thank the Lord,

for he heard my every prayer.

Every time I need him,

he promised he'll be there.

I often thank the Lord,  

that he heard my every cry.

And took away the pain,

that I always had inside.

I often thank the Lord,

for the life he gave for free.

Never judge me for my sins,

but his love he has for me.

I often thank the Lord,

for the gifts I received today.

And each and every blessing,

that will surely come this way.

Down Broad River Road, I prayed to you.

That my burden was heavy, please help me through.

I called you, Lord, to have mercy on me.

Help a wretched sinner, who's making this plea.

High above in heaven, you heard my cry.

You found me wandering, and hurting inside.

You reached out in love, and touched this soul.

By taking my life, and making me whole.

Down Broad River Road, I prayed to you,

That my troubles never cease, what can I do?

It's so hard to bear, the problems that are there.

So I look to you, and offer this prayer.

Help me overcome, the obstacles I face.

Guide me with your spirit, empowered by your grace.
