HIS PRAYER WAS ANSWERED

 

If you knew this man, 

you know he struggled.

With a skin disorder,

and the pain he suffered.

This left him isolated, 

with no one around.

Despite all his efforts,

no treatment was found.

He became distressed,

that consumed him every day.

Until one sleepless night,

he decided to pray.

God provided him relief,

his health was restored.

No more skin problem,

his prayer was answered.

What happened next,

was simply amazing.

He drew closer to God,

by prayer and Bible reading.

It didn't take long, 

people started to notice.

He seemed so happy, 

right in their presence.

He approached his life,

according to God's plan.

So everyone would see,

he became a new man.

It's time to reveal, 

who this happened to be.

This is the story,

when God healed me.

GOD HEALED ME

 

The doctor told me,

there was no cure.

But there's one thing,

I know for sure.

There is one verse.

that's in the Bible.

God can do anything,

nothing is impossible.

I prayed every day,

with tears in my eyes.

I've kept the faith,

as years went by.

I tried many methods,

to ease my pain.

Despite all my efforts,

it was done in vain.

Some days it was hard,

it hampered my ability.

It took a toll,

that shook me.

But today I can say,

with joy in my heart.

That God healed me,

I have a fresh start.

TOBY'S PRAYER

 

I saw Toby standing there, with tears in his eyes.

He had a serious condition that tormented him inside.

He struggled with the pain, it was hard to cope.

So he prayed to the Lord, it was Toby's only hope.

HE PRAYED IN THE MORNING, HE PRAYED IN THE NIGHT.

HE WANTED HIS GOD, HELP HIM WIN THIS FIGHT.

THE PAIN WAS UNBEARABLE, HIS FUTURE LOOKED GRIM.

BUT HE KNEW ONE DAY, GOD WILL HEAL HIM.

He talked to his friends, he smiled and laughed.

He cried on his pillow, when the pain came back.

There was no cure, his suffering had no end.

So he closed his eyes, he said a prayer again.

With moments of agony that plagued him every day.

He remembered a bible verse, the one he used to say.

God is always with you, so do not be dismayed.

God is also our healer, so he decided to pray.
