LOVE IS THE ANSWER

 

What God tells us to do,

is something we're capable of.

Be kind to others,

and also show love.

Hate is not an option,

it tears us apart.

Love brings us together,

it touches our heart.

We find no love, 

when there is bitterness.

There is no love,

when there's no forgiveness.

We have a free will,

but there are consequences.

We have a choice,

in all circumstances.

There's only one option,

on this important matter.

We should all agree, 

love is the answer.

Remember it's a commandment,

according to God's Word.

When we choose love,

we obey the Lord.

It's love and not hate,

that we need today.

It's love that unites us,

and not go astray.

It's love and only love,

that will show kindness.

It's only through love,

when there is forgiveness.

It's love and not hate,

that displays compassion.

It's more than just words,

it's love in action.

They're patient and understanding,

and thoughtful too.

It's love and only love,

that will help you.

It's love and not hate,

that promises are not broken.

It's love and only love,

when kind words are spoken.

It's love that says,

life is worth living.

It's only through love,

that's selfless in giving.
