SPIRITUAL WARFARE

 

We got to be ready,

we got to be alert.

We're in a battle,

that we can't ignore.

There's a spiritual warfare,

for our very soul.

The only way to win,

is help from the Lord.

We got to be equipped,

we use God's armor.

To withstand Satan schemes.

who started this war.

There's a battle going on,

in the world we live in.

It's not against the flesh,

but what is unseen.

The evil is against us,

but we're not alone.

We have God's presence,

and we fully know.

God provided the armor,

so we can stand firm.

And in the end,

we're going to win.

ARMOR OF GOD

 

There's a battle surrounding me,

it's between love and hate.

The one I feed today,

it will soon dominate.

This conflict continues,

each day I'm awake.

It's a battle for my mind,

I have a choice to make.

I carry the armor of God,

I won't give in to anger.

I'm equipped with what I need,

that helps me from danger.

It's a spiritual warfare,

according to God's word.

I'm convinced God will help me,

it's a promise I'm assured.
