HOW GREAT GOD IS

 

There's no one greater,

nor has the power.

What God can do,

like no other.

Look inside the Bible,

especially the beginning.

Read what he created,

when there was nothing.

Everything around us,

above and beyond.

And even ourselves,

what God has done.

Our God can do,

what's deemed impossible.

We dispel any doubt,

because God is able.

There's no obstacle,

not even the evil.

Can stop almighty God,

he will always prevail.

This is a good reminder,

what the Bible tells us.

So we always remember,

how great God is.

TRUTH DOES MATTER

 

The battle for our mind,

continues every day.

Friends and foes will come,

you hear what they say.

It may sound appealing,

but do we believe it?

We can be deceived,

at any given moment.

It may not be,

about a forbidden fruit.

But the choices we make,

our future can be ruined.

If we read God's Word,

we know what to do.

We see everything,

from God's point of view.

It's where we learn,

the standard of righteousness.

But if we ignore this,

it's clear it's disobedience.

So it's God's Word,

his truth does matter.

Deception leads us to sin,

we avoid the latter.

HIS PRAYER WAS ANSWERED

 

If you knew this man, 

you know he struggled.

With a skin disorder,

and the pain he suffered.

This left him isolated, 

with no one around.

Despite all his efforts,

no treatment was found.

He became distressed,

that consumed him every day.

Until one sleepless night,

he decided to pray.

God provided him relief,

his health was restored.

No more skin problem,

his prayer was answered.

What happened next,

was simply amazing.

He drew closer to God,

by prayer and Bible reading.

It didn't take long, 

people started to notice.

He seemed so happy, 

right in their presence.

He approached his life,

according to God's plan.

So everyone would see,

he became a new man.

It's time to reveal, 

who this happened to be.

This is the story,

when God healed me.

MY ANSWER IS YES

 

When God gives me a task,

and I say I can't.

I look at my weakness,

and not only that.

It seems impossible,

I play it in my head.

But if I don't try,

then my faith is dead.

Even if I feel,

 I am not qualified.

It's what God can do,

that I should try.

If I lack the skills,

it doesn't matter.

My willingness to obey,

is the factor.

It's God who works,

in all of us.

So we focus on,

how great God is.

The Lord has a plan,

for me to do this.

The task he's given me,

my answer is YES!
