We go to church,
with a purpose.
We gather together,
of great importance.
It's more than,
a Sunday service.
We glorify the Lord,
in his presence.
It's a place of worship,
we take part in this.
Where God is revered,
for how great he is.
We come before him,
and we sing along.
We express our adoration,
in prayer and song.
Even when we don't,
have a great voice.
We know the Bible states,
it's a joyful noise.
So we look up,
our hands are raised.
We honor the Lord,
with songs of praise.
