GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD

 

I often thank the Lord,

 for watching me every day.

Never gone for a moment, 

even when I walk away.

I often thank the Lord,

 for he heard my every prayer.

Every time I need him, 

he promised he'll be there.

I often thank the Lord,

 that he heard my every cry.

He took away this shame,

 that I always had inside.

I often thank the Lord,

 for the life he gave for free.

Never judged me for my sins,

 but he surely loves me.

I often thank the Lord,

 for providing what I need today.

And each and every blessing,

 that will come this way.
