GREAT ARE YOU LORD

 

Everything has a purpose,

that you have created.

Every plan of yours,

will achieve what you desired.

Your Word is helpful,

to those who read it.

And whatever you do,

your ways are perfect.

You're full of compassion,

gracious and righteous.

You're rich in mercy,

and majestic in holiness.

Depth of your understanding,

it's hard to comprehend.

You're abounding in love,

that will never end.

Before the world began,

you already knew me.

Because of your grace,

you set me free.

Great are you Lord,

you're worthy of praise.

I will worship you,

rest of my days.

MY LETTER TO JESUS

 

You know Lord Jesus,

the trials I faced.

The sufferings I endured,

every time it took place.

You heard my prayers,

and seen my tears.

You helped me through,

all those years.

You know Lord Jesus,

anything I've hidden.

Everything I've done,

even when I sinned.

With this divine revelation,

I've since repented,

Thanks to you Lord,

I've been forgiven.

You know Lord Jesus,

I've been waiting so long.

To hear you say,

the words welcome home.

And someday soon,

I may not know when.

I'll be in your presence,

I'll wait till then. 

REMEMBER WHAT GOD SAID

 

If there's any disagreement,

how do we handle it?

Because tensions can build up,

a quarrel is imminent.

We're overcome with emotions,

and in return.

A bitter argument begins,

and a war of words.

There is a way,

that'll produce a solution.

It starts with self-control,

and with good intentions.

It may not be easy,

that's where God comes in.

God can help us,

through his Holy Spirit.

We turn to God,

and read his Word.

We're careful with our response,

we practice what we learned.

We pray about it,

and remember what God said.

We're commanded to love,

and make amends.

PRAYERS ARE NEEDED

 

My friend is very ill,

he nearly died.

The doctor informed him,

surgery is required.

There's no guarantees,

about the outcome.

There are no other options,

it has to be done.

I CAN ONLY IMAGINE,

WHAT HE'S GOING THROUGH.

HOW CAN I HELP,

AFTER HEARING THE NEWS?

I KNOW THERE'S HOPE,

BECAUSE WHAT GOD CAN DO.

I PRAY FOR HIS HEALING,

PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM TOO?

I have another friend,

my next-door neighbor.

The doctor told her,

that she has cancer.

They'll give her treatment,

but there's no cure. 

These are hard times, 

for her to endure.

WHAT I KNOW ABOUT GOD

 

We have a God,

that knows my history.

He knows my thoughts,

it's never a mystery.

God planned my life,

before the beginning.

He knew my sins,

but he still loves me.

Any problems I faced,

God had foreseen.

In his infinite ways,

he would intervene.

So whatever I encounter,

there's no need to worry.

If I rely on God,

then surely I'll see.

What God had promised,

the help I'll receive.

It's a matter of time,

if only I believe.

So God will do,

as he did back then.

Help is on the way,

the only question is when.
